Innovative Land's RLI Marketing Event

This event gave brokers & agents the opportunity to expand their marketing area by presenting their listed properties or presenting criteria for special properties that their buyers were interested in. Many deals were made that night. Land Brokers and agents from across Southeast Ga were invited to the event co-hosted by Innovative Land & RLI. Brokers/agents attended from as far away as Tifton, Cordele, Albany & Gainesville, GA.

NAR's GREEN Designation

Mary Beth Blythe with Innovative Land Solutions Inc. has been awarded the National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR’s) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. Mary Beth achieved this prestigious designation after completing 18 hours of course work  designed specifically for REALTORS®. The courses were created in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of industry experts from across the country; ensuring designees gain comprehensive knowledge of green homes and buildings and issues of sustainability in relation to real estate.More specifically, Mary Beth was trained in understanding what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.

     As an NAR Green Designee, Mary Beth has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to become a trusted green resource for Brunswick, Blackshear, Waycross and the Southeast Ga. area.

Land Think Summit 2010

Atlanta, GA

September 30, 2010 was a landmark day for those in the rural land business. Over 250 land professionals gathered in Atlanta to discuss the current rural land market at the first-ever LandThink Summit. The goal of the Summit was to bring together professionals from different aspects of the land industry.  There were land brokers, investors, land lenders, foresters, consultants, surveyors, and other professionals there.  We had a number of speakers on topics ranging from financing land purchases to real estate trends to timber prices. The keynote speaker was former Florida State University coach Bobby Bowden.  He presented a great motivational message on some of the aspects of successful leadership.
