Our Story

Innovative Land Solutions was born from relationships, vision, and a shared passion for real estate and land opportunities across Georgia.

What eventually became the company began years ago through a land transaction that, interestingly enough, never closed. At the time, the parties involved were working from different sides of the transaction — connecting buyers, marketing land opportunities, and navigating complex negotiations tied to a large coastal Georgia property.

Although the deal itself did not come together, something far more valuable emerged in the process: a lasting professional friendship built on mutual respect, a shared work ethic, and a common vision for the future.

Over time, those relationships grew into ongoing collaboration involving residential properties, investment opportunities, large land tracts, recreational properties, and introductions between Coastal Georgia opportunities and buyers and investors from the Atlanta market.

As the relationships and experience grew, so did the vision.

The conversations, market exposure, and shared experiences ultimately inspired the founding partners to pursue their broker licenses and formally establish Innovative Land Solutions in 2007.

In the years that followed, the changing real estate market brought both challenges and opportunities. Following the market downturn and foreclosure crisis, the company evolved again by adding new operational ideas focused on long-term asset management, property oversight, and helping property owners navigate an increasingly difficult housing environment.

This period helped expand the company beyond traditional sales into property management, investor support, and strategic asset-focused services — creating a more diversified foundation that would continue shaping the company for years to come.

What began with a single land opportunity ultimately evolved into years of collaboration, friendship, mentorship, and professional partnership — including the eventual return of one of those early collaborators, who joined Innovative Land Solutions as an Associate Broker years later.

Today, the company continues to carry forward the principles that helped build it from the beginning:
