Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties.

At Innovative Land Solutions, rental inquiries are handled personally so that prospective tenants can confirm property availability, ask questions, and schedule a showing before submitting an application.

Applications are provided after an in-person or approved virtual showing.

April will assist with property availability, showing coordination, application instructions, and next steps.

Application Process

Once you have spoken with our office and viewed or discussed the available property, your assisting representative may send you the rental application.

After your application is submitted, Innovative Land Solutions will review the application and may complete tenant screening, including background check review and other standard application verification.

Normal processing time is typically 24 to 48 hours during regular business days after a complete application and application fee have been received. Please allow additional processing time for applications submitted near weekends, holidays, or when additional verification is needed.

Application Fee — Effective August 1, 2026

A non-refundable application processing fee of $55.00 is required for each adult applicant age 18 or older and is due at the time the application is submitted.

The application fee covers the cost of processing and reviewing the rental application, including screening and administrative review. Application fees are non-refundable once submitted and do not guarantee approval, tenancy, or that the property will be held.

First Complete Paid Application Basis

Applications are processed on a first complete paid application received basis.

A rental application is not considered complete until the required application information and the $55.00 non-refundable application fee have been received.

In the event more than one application is received for the same property, the first complete paid application received will generally be reviewed first. If that applicant does not move forward or is not approved, the next complete paid application may be reviewed.
